WHO WE ARE

Gain metamorphosed over the years from a group with local influence to one that now has global influence.  It started in 1992 as Association of Independent Ministers (AIM) and then metamorphosed progressively to Association of Interdependent Ministers; then Apostolic Network Africa (ANA) then Global Transformational Network (GTN) and now Global Apostolic Impact Network (GAIN).

Gain is a network of Christian leaders and entrepreneurs who hold strongly to the doctrine of Christ and share the same purpose, manner of life and love for the kingdom of God in line with the vision received from God by the founder Dr. Tunde Bakare. Gain is an organization made up of Church Ministers, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals who are in covenant relationship, making inputs to one another and working together with a common vision to maximize the end time harvest. Members of the network, while fulfilling their individual God-given mandate, seek to work collaboratively from their various Ministries, Churches, Kingdom Businesses and Establishments through genuine covenant relationships with one another towards the fulfillment of God’s ultimate purpose.

The network exists to enthrone Jesus Christ as the King and the Lord in the centre stage of people’s lives. It seeks to prevent past blunders from destroying future destinies by working towards raising men and women of integrity and ensuring that proper scriptural perspectives and patterns are upheld. GAIN aspires to build a fascinating mosaic of Apostolic Christianity upon the face of the earth, to proclaim God’s Kingdom, Power and Glory, and to make ready a people prepared for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Luke 1:17) Essentially, its members offer hope to those who have fallen, strengthen those who are weak, and encourage those who are in the forefront of the battle to extend the frontiers of Christ’s kingdom on earth.

This is the deepest part of GAIN  corporate culture. They are the hub of the wheel for everything else in the culture. These are the most deeply and strongly held beliefs that drive all actions of GAIN. Such core values should never drastically change even when members go to new fields or attain new levels of operation. If these values drastically change, then the actual nature of GAIN will take a different form entirely. One the other hand, updating and clarifying GAIN core values should only further enhance the operations of the movement. Accordingly, the core values of GAIN are:

• The Sovereignty and Pre-eminence of the Lord Jesus Christ over all issues and aspect of Life.

(Colossians 1:15-19).

• Passion for and adherence to the Truth.

We expect every member of the network to love, uphold and walk in truth. (3 John 3:4)

• Integrity in ministry, business, and every aspect of life.

It is our earnest belief that we can and should only win by faith and by righteousness. We are a new breed without greed, a radical opposition to corruption. We are born of the incorruptible seed of God’s word.

• Commitment to fidelity and the integrity of the family.

We conduct our marriages with the highest honour and integrity; treating our spouses with respect as heirs together of the grace of life. We are committed to raising godly offspring in our homes. (1^st Timothy 3:1-5; 1^st Peter 3:7; Malachi 2: 14-15)

• Commitment to Covenant Relationships of Love and Unity among Members

We must become very strong in the bonds of covenant relationship of trust and loyalty. Honour for each other and the appreciation of one another’s grace or gift will help us to greatly value the life of any network member. We are to create a model of a new dynamic corporate culture that will exist among a company of men and women who’s only agenda is to extend the kingdom of God on earth and cause His holy name to be glorified everywhere. We are to move together without breaking ranks.

• • Accurate Apostolic Pattern for building Churches, Ministries and other Kingdom Establishments.

We are driven by an undying passion to build or raise governing apostolic churches and other kingdom establishments in accordance with the New Testament pattern. In order to exert kingdom influence over a region, we need to raise centres and establishments that would carry governing territorial power. Our commitment and focus is not just to preach ‘present day truths’ or ‘messages of reformation’ and get people interested in our messages. Rather we desire to see the implementation of appropriate kingdom strategies that will produce breakthrough believers and build God a habitation. We seek to raise leaders that will excel in the establishment and building of apostolic bases. This commitment informs our passion to build accurately.

• • Selfless dedication towards advancing the Frontiers of the Kingdom of God globally rather than building Personal empires. By God’s grace we refuse at whatever cost to merchandise what God has freely invested in us. We are not seeking to make a name for ourselves or pursuing any personal agenda. We denounce ‘global tourism’ in the name of evangelism and the application of marketing strategies to raise funds at the expense of innocent and gullible people.
  • Godly Contentment “We covet no one’s silver or gold or apparel… but we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully…” (Acts nd20:33, 2 Corinthians 4:2).
  • Transparency and Accountability. “… but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.” (2 Corinthians 4:2).
